How can I send you an RFQ?
You can send your RFQ to us by email, phone, or through the inquiry form on our website. Our engineering team will review your requirements and provide a suitable technical proposal.
What information do you need to prepare a proposal?
To recommend the most suitable solution, please provide the basic project information, including wastewater flow rate (m³/h), wastewater source/industry, wastewater characteristics (such as SS, BOD, COD, FOG, pH, etc.), and your treatment requirements. The more detailed information you provide, the more accurate our proposal will be.
If available, jar test results, photos, videos, or previous treatment data will also be very helpful for equipment selection and process design.
Are you a direct manufacturer with your own workshop?
Yes. We are a direct manufacturer with our own production facility. All key manufacturing processes, including material cutting, forming, welding, surface treatment, assembly, testing, and commissioning, are completed in our own workshop before delivery.
Our factory covers approximately 10,000 square meters, with complete production capabilities and quality control procedures to ensure reliable equipment performance.
What materials can you provide? Which material is the most popular?
We can manufacture equipment using different materials according to project requirements, including carbon steel with epoxy coating, carbon steel with FRP lining, SUS304, and SUS316L stainless steel.
For general wastewater applications with low corrosion requirements, carbon steel with epoxy coating is usually the most cost-effective and widely selected option. For wastewater with higher corrosion levels, FRP-lined carbon steel or stainless steel can be considered for longer service life.
How are your equipment shipped?
Depending on equipment size and project requirements, our equipment can be shipped by standard containers, including 20’GP, 40’HQ, or 40’FR containers for oversized units or large-capacity systems.
How can I install the equipment after receiving it?
We provide detailed installation manuals and technical documents together with the equipment. If required, our engineers can also provide remote video guidance during installation and commissioning.
Our equipment is designed as an integrated system with user-friendly operation. Normally, customers only need to connect the inlet/outlet pipelines, power supply, and external control cables according to our instructions.
